Services

A simple ladder. Start free, climb only when each step has earned the next one. Everything is scoped in writing before we start, and if I don't think you're a fit, I'll tell you that too.

Step 1 · Free

Visibility Snapshot

Before you spend a dollar on SEO, you should know where you actually stand. I'll check your Google presence, Maps listing, AI search visibility, and on-page fundamentals, then send you a graded snapshot with the highest-impact things to fix first.

Delivered as a short Loom video walkthrough plus the written snapshot. No call required, no pitch at the end, no obligation. If we're a good fit I'll mention it once.

Step 2

MiniFix

One week, the three highest-impact fixes from your Snapshot, implemented and verified. The lowest-risk way to find out what working with me is like before committing to anything bigger.

$500 one-time, one week

What's included

  • The top 3 fixes from your free Snapshot, done for you (not a to-do list)
  • Typical fixes: broken indexing, missing schema, Google Business Profile corrections, title and description rewrites, one page's content repaired
  • Before-and-after verification for every fix
  • A short Loom walking you through what changed and why it matters

Right for you if

  • Your Snapshot showed clear problems and you want them gone this week
  • You want proof of how I work before a bigger engagement
  • You have a small site and a small budget; this might honestly be all you need

Not for you if

  • Your Snapshot showed structural problems that three fixes can't touch (I'll say so up front)

Step 3

Sprint

Thirty days of focused execution on one high-leverage problem. Local SEO setup, AI search visibility fixes, a content cluster, a Google penalty recovery. Scoped specifically before we start.

$4,500 one-time project

What's included

  • Scoping call to define the one problem we're solving
  • 30 days of focused execution (technical fixes, content, citations, or GBP optimization, depending on scope)
  • Weekly progress updates via email or Slack
  • Final report with what was done, what changed, and what to watch
  • 30-day post-sprint check-in call

Example sprints

  • Google Business Profile setup and optimization + local citation build
  • AI search visibility: schema, llms.txt, structured content for citation
  • Technical SEO cleanup after a site migration or redesign
  • Content cluster build for one target keyword theme (3-5 pieces)
  • Local rank recovery after a Google Maps update

Step 4

Monthly Monitoring

Ongoing eyes on your rankings, AI citations, and technical health. For businesses that have their foundation in place and want to protect and grow it without hiring a full-time SEO person.

$1,500/mo 6-month minimum

What's included every month

  • Weekly rank tracking: target keywords, local pack, AI citation mentions
  • Monthly written report with rankings, wins, issues, and next-priority actions
  • Monthly 60-minute strategy call
  • One content update or optimization per month (existing pages, not new content builds)
  • Slack or email access for quick questions during business hours
  • "Drop everything" alert if a major algorithm update or technical issue hits

Right for you if

  • You've already done the foundational work (or finished a Sprint)
  • You want a dedicated team watching your visibility every month, not just quarterly
  • You're in a competitive local market where small drops matter

Note on the minimum

SEO compounds over time. Six months is the minimum because results in month 1 and 2 rarely tell you anything useful. I'll tell you in month 3 whether it's working.

Campaign add-ons

For Monitoring clients who want extra pushes: content cluster builds, social media graphics, seasonal campaign pages, review generation systems, and citation expansions. Each add-on is scoped and priced in writing before it starts. No PPC and no ad management; that's a different discipline and I'd rather send you to someone who lives in it.

One client per industry, per market

Local search is zero-sum: if I rank you first for "med spa Boulder," I can't honestly rank your competitor there too. So I don't try. One business per industry per market, first come, first served. If your competitor hires me before you do, I'll have to turn you down.

Not sure which step fits?

Start with the free Snapshot. It exists exactly for this: you'll see what's broken, what it's costing you, and which step (if any) makes sense next. If none of them fit, I'll tell you that instead. No pitch, no proposal, no follow-up if we're not a match.
